Reagan has over the last week or so become increasingly aware that she can and should got to the ‘big girls’ potty (the toilet) instead of nappies but over the last couple of days its really taken off. She gives mommy a shout and off they rush to either the potty or the big girls potty and she sits there like everybody else.
She is 28 months old and is potty training which blows our minds to think just how fast time is passing.
Love is like a butterfly
We explained to Reagan this is a game EVERY little girl loves to play and it entails being put in WONDERFULLY COLOURFUL where you have to be very quiet and after a certain length of time you get an Ice Cream!
Lincoln watched as Mommy got a sippy cup from the cupboard and filled it with water and then added a dash of fruit cordial before handing it to Reagan
“Juice”
Mommy double take and sees a smile in Lincoln arm outstretched…wow!
He just asked for juice!
Way to go son
Reagan should have been told off for climbing on the furniture but Mommy decided a picture would be better?

Love watching him play and get wet in the pool
I am foul mouthed at times and feel slightly ashamed that swearing has become part of my vocabulary like any other words in the dictionary but before Reagan and Lincoln although it mattered I didn’t consider it let alone consider it a problem. That has changed now and I don’t want to be the one who teaches them swear words but this morning when I was trying to open the curtains in their bedroom they got stuck and I blurted out “for fuck sake” and Reagan immediately repeated it back to me more eloquently than I have ever heard her speak before.
Not reacting I just carried on but was soooo embarrassed that I used it in front of her and she had copied me but it taught me that from now on anything we say she is listening but now she is able to repeat too
Playing in the garden and Lincoln spots mommy sitting down…he has to be near her!
