24 hours after Daddy’s poor start to a day and I had both Reagan and Lincoln this morning to contend with and it was so much easier. Reagan still tried it on refusing everything she asked for and I willingly got and laid it in front of her only to be greeted with NOOOOOO! I don’t like it! Even though it was yogurt her favourite teacakes her favourite and juice her favourite she pushed them all away shouting as she did.

Yesterday I would have screamed louder and lost, but today usual service was restored and I was calmness personified explaining to her that she shouldn’t shout and if she does again she will sit in time and she stopped I also told her that her breakfast will be where she left it when she’s ready to eat it, and I could see her trying to think of another way to make me react but she couldn’t so eventually ate her breakfast and actually we had fun too as we normally do!

I knew all this yesterday but sometimes if I let my guard down for just a second all hell breaks loose!

Woke at 06:01 by Reagan creeping to the gate of her bedroom, so got straight up to avoid her waking anyone else. We crept down stairs and she asked for a yogurt which I willingly supplied but suggested sitting in front of the TV as it was Sunday and very early to which she agreed so I went to get a spoon and my first choice was not acceptable nor my second so when she refused the second I got a third and gave her all three which she threw on to the floor so I screamed at her to pick them up and I walking in to the living room. (yes I screamed at her yes I am the adult and I should stay calm and do time out and so on but at 6am I am not thinking straight…)

She followed me into the living room with yogurt and spoons and sat next to me handing me the spoons while she opened the yogurt. She then handed me the lid which I used one of the spoons to scrape off the yogurt stuck to it. Upon attempting to hand Reagan the spoon to eat with I was greeted with a tantrum resulting in her tipping the yogurt over her own face and hair? Now normally this would have huge comedy value but at 06:10 on a Sunday morning I found myself once again screaming at her for being so stupid… (Again I am aware of my reposibility as the adult in this situation but unfortunaetly Iwas mad)

I cleaned her off and she then ate the yogurt without any fuss but my day was already in decline and it wasn’t yet 06:15!

This morning potty training took a giant leap forward when she did poopies for the first time so Mommy decided it was time for big girl pants so it was off to Crewe after breakfast for some retail therapy.

Question: How can some much come out of something so small?

Thought: This potty training is a messy business!

A scream rang out and then Reagan began to cry complain her ear hurt. Mommy saw what happened she had push a q-tip into her ear and hurt herself so Mommy gave her a cuddle which is when she noticed Reagan’s ear was bleeding. Trying to calm Mommy down when one of her babies is hurting is IMPOSSIBLE but I tried anyway explaining that it wasn’t bleeding too badly and to just take her to the doctors and get her checked out….THEY’RE NOT ANSWERING! Mommy weas already on the phone to the doctors so I said just get her dressed and go to the doctors, which she did.

The doctor said that she had scratch but not punctured the membrane of her eardrum and told us to keep her medicated on Calpol keep it dry and return in a week for a check up so no harm done, although frightening for all.

I am struggling to up load anything to the blog at the moment due to having no internet connectivity but Lincoln is walking better and better every day now unprompted by us and its mind blowing to see him standing there I just wish I could get a couple of the videos we have taken on here to show you all
