A very good day out at Denver Zoo with Grandma and Nemily it was good to see the children enjoying seeing different types of animals, like brown bears and Gorillas that they do not see at Chester Zoo

We had planned to be in America at this time for many reason but one of the main reasons was to be able to attend Shelly’s Denver receptiion because we couldn’t (along with many others) couldn’t make the actual wedding

Church on a Sunday is the norm but this Sunday Jamie was playing away at Byley Village Hall where the whole of the St Michael’s congregation joined the Byley congregation for Rectors Sunday service
1Y – Black Hawk
A bit of a tradition is to go up to the mountain to gamble at Black Hawk and take advantage of the all you can eat buffet and blag as many Bloody Mary’s as I can in the casino’s

Dressed in all American shirts and the stars and stripes flying on the front of the house it could only be thr fourth
1Y – Fourth of July 2013
The fourth of July was an important part of our trip and to watch the fireworks in “Not sure which Clement I think?” park, all went to plan we packed a picnic drinks and headed off for an evening in the park.
1Y – Torrington
Torrington, Wyoming is a place I desperately wanted to visit, after hearing so many fond memories recounted by Jamie about her childhood and her Grandparents and it was so disappointing to bypass the experience the last time we were in the States we said that this time it was one of the main priorities

I really do not consider myself anything other than me as honest as I can be all the time nothing special just trying to enjoy my time here as best I can
